The dishes are prepared mainly with the products from our farm SAN MICHELE A TORRI, organic since 1993, located approximately 300 metres from the restaurant, on the hills of the Chianti area right outside Florence and with a careful selection by local Tuscan producers who, like us, love Tuscan tradition, authenticity, quality and good food.
